Unable to Business Trans inside Transaction Snapshot ..

In Production could see the business transaction with health status but same business transactions is not visible under Transaction snapshot section.

Is my AppDynamics not taking all transaction snapshots. I am monitoring last 24 hours transactions specific BT are not visible in Transaction Snapshot section. How can I check my BT Snapshot ??

Hi,

Transaction Snapshot has 4 sections > In Application Dashboard Panel, 

1. All Snapshots
2. Slow and Error Transactions
3. Diagnostic Sessions
4. Periodic Collection

Are you able to see any snapshots under these, Kindly confirm

We have Instrumented custom POJOs under Configuration->Instrumentation ->Transaction detection ->select Tier(or application where you want to see POJO call)->Custom Match Rule->select "+" ->.

After creating those POJOs we are unable to see any Transaction Snapshot for the specific Business Transactions.

Looking for better solutions for this problem.

Hi Ganesan

How many BT do you have today? Go to Business Transactions screen and give us what you see under the search bar (upper right corner of the screen)

If you have 200 you hit the limit therefore you cannot define new BT but you have to first clean / delete existing ones
