Hi,
I'm having problem with my Lite account monitoring. I know there is no support on it, but I have to ask somewhere 🙂
It did work until 1-2 weeks ago, and then suddenly stopped working. Now I see this error the db-agent log that is not reporting
Caused by: java.io.InvalidClassException: com.singularity.ee.controller.api.dto.dbmon.DBMonitorConfig; local class incompatible: stream classdesc serialVersionUID = 1, local class serialVersionUID = -3408857866827086866
and the stacktrace is longer, but this is the main cause
And this also affects the java monitoring that produces no metrics at all.
They probably broke down at the same time.
This has happend before, but right about the time was to ask about it, it started working again.
Is it something I have missed on my side when configuring my agents (I used the download wizard and just run as they come configured) or is there something other strange thing that is happening?
Cheers
Mattias
Hi Mattias,
We understood that you are referring dbagent DB Mon 4.x feature and is evident from stacktrace, if above said is the case,
we see such error raises when Controller UI version and dbagent.jar version is not in sync , say UI version 4.0.1 and we request you to use same dbagent version from same downlaod site version link that should help resolve the error in dbagent.log
Please be sure that db agent comptability error is fixed already in 4.0.2 or later version, Let us know if that information helps.
Regards,
Arun
