New trial user, not sure which monitor to select

Looking to monitor EDI transactions on a server, as well as something that will watch for a text file backlog in the EDI processing folder. Also want to monitor end user experience on our Citrix apps. Can these be accomplished?

Check the framework used Citrix apps is in supported listed at docs https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO40/Web+EUEM+Supported+Environments if not there try https://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO40/Manual+Injection method and see if that gives some visibility here or it is an option here

Can you clarify on EDI transactions? if it is j2ee transactions based on java classes we should be able to monitor using java agent , if this is not the case please clarify test environment details to better assist you on this?
