I'm having trouble identifying the root cause of a problem that has appeared in AppDynamics. 

ISAPIWorkerRequestInProc.GetAdditionalPostedContentCore:unknown (303463ms self time, 303463 ms total time)

There is no related exception in this case, but sometimes there is a thread aborted exception.

Hi,

Can you please provide the exported snapshot pdf and also complete screenshot from controller UI depicting the issue for more clarity? provide screenshot/log showing aborted exceptions as well to assist you further.

From the provided execution time it looks to be either partial snapshot or stalled/aborted snapshot where agent will not collect complete call stack for good reasons to avoid monitoring long running BTs.
