JMX missing from Metric Browser for tomcat 7

Configure -> Instrumentation -> Tomcat -> Tomcat_JDBCConnectionPools is Enabled and checked .. along with other attributes under Tomcat ... yet nothing shows in the metric browser in the path below. There is no JMX in the path.

I reset the agent. Still nothing.

Metric Browser -> “Application Infrastructure Performance” -> WebTeir -> JMX -> “JDBC Connection Pools” -> “jdbc/osdb” -> Active connections| initial pool size| Maximum connections are all missing.

With our Tomcat 6 instances the metric browser shows these items proper.

You can check if those MBeans are listed in MBean Browser or not. Thats the first level of check we can do. Do you have access to appdynamics support system ?
