Hi,

Thanks for writing in to appsphere community forum. We confirm that when controller server runs out of space, or is otherwise stuck or down etc, It will "not" affect/stuck the monitoring JVMs, also agent have a feature when there is connectivity issues between agent and controller after few tries agent will disable itself and will check periodically to check whether controller is reachable and once it will reachable then enables the agent, this will make sure that agent is not running in the monitoring JVM when controller is not reachable for certain time.

Let us know if that clarifies your query, let us know if you face any issues

Thanks,

Arun
