Does not allow me to download Java Lite

My Name is Steven Gau, After download the .NET Lite Version and Test Drive for Pro, It does not allow me to download Java lite.

Thanks for writing in to customer success team,
Can you please provide the following details in the form at http://info.appdynamics.com/Lite2013.html :
First Name, Last Name, Company name, Work email fields and then click on button "Download Lite for JAVA" to download lite viewer and lite agnet for JAVA, we had tried from above link and could be able to download the lite java successfully.

If you have already tried above, can you please try from different browser ,
