How to switch trial from on-premise to saas

I just signed up for the pro trial, but I selected on-premise instead of saas.  I don't see a way to dynamically switch between the two.  I thought on-premise might be better, since I was concerned that they might have access to company content.  But on-premise seems overkill for my purpose and saas is probably the better choice.  How can I switch my trial to saas?

Thank you.

Thanks for the question. You should reach out to the account representative assigned to you so that he/she can make the switch in our internal systems. Your account representative should have already initiated contact with you. Let me know if you face any issues in this regard.

Thanks for the response.  I'm not sure who would be the account rep assigned to me.  How do I determine that or how can I reach out to the rep?  FYI: No account rep has initiated contact with me yet.
