Getting "user already present with the same name:..

Hi,

Getting "user already present with the same name:USER and security provider type: LDAP (user.Manager.createUser)" when trying assign a role membership on a specific user. No problem with other user (as far I can see) and it working in our test environment with the same LDAP connection. 

AppDynamics Version 4.2.7.0, build 29

Anyone seen this before?
