Error - Show Exceptions with 0 count

Under Troubleshooting / Errors there is an option to "Show the Exceptions with 0 count"

What does that mean ? Previous exception ?

Yes that is correct. The exceptions that have registered/reported at some point of time but none in the selected timerange.
