Hi

I'm trying out the trail version of AppDynamics and currently focusing on database monitoring. Is it possible to see more than just the load on the DB. Looking at the videos I thought I would be able to monitor things like slow or bad queries. Is it possible ot set this up? The Dashboard I see seems to be quite different from those in the training videos

Thanks

Suzy

Hi Suzy.

Refer below screenshots and additionally you can refer databases -> slow db calls as well, apart from top slow calls in db mon view UI , see if that information helps, if you still see missing details , provide screenshot to view section you are looking in UI:

Hi

Thanks for getting to me. That dashboard you see is different to mine (see attached). Am I just doing something silly and in the wrong area?

Thanks

Hi Suzy,

What you see is right too, it is just the layout sections varried in minor/major UI version releases, once you drill down/ double click "pro 2130..." link at left secton in main section you will be redirected to main dashboard where i referred few screens earlier. Hope that is clear, You are in main overview screen currently thats it

Regards,

Arun
