Dashboard stalls on some machines

Some machines are unable to display a complete dashboard.   It appears that on these machines no browser works completely.   What is a troublshooting technique to solve this issue?

Hi Alex,

Can you provide the following details to debug further:

- screenshot (including address URL of the browser tab) from cotnroller UI depicting the issue? if issue persists after trying the following: 

  a) After loggged in UI and if you see delay in dashboard loading, Open another tab and copy the URL from previous browser tab address URL section (this is like deep link to dashboard) and hit the URL in new tab and see how it goes

- We assume you are using latest browser version as supported in doc link:

- What is the controller UI version(Click icon help icon at top right corner beside settings menu  -> About  AppDynamics)

- We assume the flash version is latest , let us know if any disconnect
