Hi,

My experience is that the flash GUI is buggy and slow - are there any alternatives to flash for accessing the controller?

Regards,

Nick S.

Hi Nick,

We have already starting migrating few screens, for example for now we support HTML view of customer dashbaord app dashboard in HTML view , Can you please see if that information helps.

Also we see we do not have any known bugs in controller UI for latest vesion , Can you please provide the screenshots from controller UI depicting the issue with error showing up and also database.log and server.log for our review to get clarity of the issue to assist you further?

Regards,

Arun

Hi Arun,

Thanks for your reply.

Do you have ETA for when full featured web interface will be available?

As for the flash GUI bugs,  they are random and not repeatable so cannot provide specific information.

Generally, "loading data" dialog gets stuck and require refresh and item selection within a list of items is sometimes lost or gets stuck and cannot be changed, just some minor errors, all can be worked around by doing refresh.

Regards,

Nick S.

Hi Nick,

Please find our response to your queries:

>>>> Do you have ETA for when full featured web interface will be available?

Answer: We do not have any definite ETA as of now but this is in roadmap for next future release.

Regarding the usability on controller UI and errors we understood your concerns we see such issues when the uer using slow network or controller is running slow are as such, we request you to send the screenshots of any specific error in UI you see that occurs next time to debug further. Hope that is fine with you.

Please make sure you clear browser and flash cache and see how it goes for a while when you see such issues in UI.

Regards,

Arun
