Hi,

I have appdynamics installed on an IIS webserver and appdynamics autodiscovers WCF webservices that are being called.

I can drilldown into the webservice request and see the endpint and duration and there is a box that sais "properties" and in the box "operation" (both unclickeable) but I do not see the contents of the request.

Can that be done?

Regards

Hi,

It is expected that properties section as listed in similar case screenshot below is not clickable you would need to click on "Drilldown to downstream tier" for the code stacktrace served by WCF exit call, Hope that information helps.

Hi,

Can you provide the complete screenshot from controller UI to see if it is partial snapshot/Full call graph Normal snapshot? We see this is expected behavior for partial snapshot or call graph limit reached on downstream tier as such.

Regards,

Arun
