Hi,

Thanks,

Adil

Hi Adil,

Can you please try the following and check any change in behavior:

- Logout of the controller and login into below URL

http://<host>:<port>/controller/admin.html (account/user/password: system/user1/changeme)

Default password is changeme

- update controller property disable.historical.transaction.flow to true.

If issue persists, please send the following:

- server.log and database.log under <controller-install-dir>/logs path

- install.log file under <controller-install-dir>

- let us know how many agents are reporting to this controller so that we can validate them against profile you installed

-  slow.log file located under <controller-install-dir>/db/data folder to check for how long slow queries are taking to run.

Also confirm whether your controller is meeting docs specs for system requirements :

http://docs.appdynamics.com/display/PRO39/Controller+System+Requirements

Keep us posted requested information to debug further.

Regards,

Arun
