Allocation tracking session never ends

In Object Instance Tracking, I added a custom class, clicked on "Start Allocation Tracking Session" with default (10 minutes).

But the session never ends; if I click on Refresh, nothing.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

I have tried in local and could not replicate the issue and could see both from UI and agent logging level the session stopped as expected (tested with session duration of 2 mts), refer below screenshots and logs:

Please provide the zippped version of agent logs and screenshots from UI depicting the issue to assist you further.
