Agent Download Wizard showing 'Error while retrieving the agent"

Hi there.  We're trying to configure a new Appdynamics agent.  When we go to the Download wizard and answer all the questions, we get a popup "Error while retrieving the agent" (see attached screenshot).  Note we've deployed many agents in the past.

Relevant versioning:

AppDynamics Pro server

Agent versions (already deployed) : 3.8.0.1

Server version: 3.8.0.1 Build 49

We see this issue is already replied under ticket# 32747, Did you got chance to download agent from download site as suggested in ticket, let us know if you face any issues still
