Do you have DB Connect installed ?

If so , this app causes other Mod Input's Manager UI's not to show up.

Although the Mod Input will still be installed and working correctly and can be browsed to directly :

Yeah the version installed was 1.1.0 now i upgraded as per your comment and indeed it looks a lot better. Thanks.

What version of DB Connect are you running? According to the release notes, this was fixed in v1.1.1 (current version is v1.1.3).

The Database Inputs in DB Connect caused the modular inputs category in Manager to not display. (DBX-277)
