How to connect to Azure SQL data with JTDS driver for dbconnect version 2.x ?

1/using the latest JTDS drvier 1.3.1
2/Identity -> enter servername with the username in the credential as example dbusername@servername instead of just the username portion
3/Connection--select MS SQL server using JTDS driver
