Why is no session data received for XenDesktop 7 app?

No receiving any session information for XenDekstop 7 app. No User Latencym IOPS, etc.

Appreciate if anyone can assist.

Did you install the TA-XD7-Broker add-on on at least one of your XenDesktop delivery controllers?
