Why am I getting this error with the Android SDK?

https://mint.splunk.com/maven/ not found

mint.splunk.com/maven doesn't mean anything so it will produce an error. The entire https://mint.splunk.com/maven/com/splunk/mint/mint/5.1.0/mint-5.1.0.pom must be used. See Android SDK docs here.
