Where is the documentation for the Splunk App for Microsoft SQL Server?

I'd like to get some more information on the Splunk App for Microsoft SQL Server but I can't find any link to any documentation for it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

the documentation for this app is within the app itself. Download and install the app, then click on the documentation link.

the documentation linked to in the other Answer is old, and only visible to Splunk employees.
