Where is the documentation for installing Splunk App for Microsoft SQL Server?

I cannot find any documentation or excecutable to install the app.

On the app's page http://apps.splunk.com/app/1524/ under the documentation tab, it says:

"Full documentation including detailed installation instructions are included with the application in the Documentation menu."

Have you downloaded the application from this page and navigated to the Documentation menu?

Having to install the app in order to read the installation instructions is not a great customer experience. It should say: install the app in the standard way, then use the in-app documentation for configuration and usage help.

It took me 45 minutes to locate the documentation. Granted, I am SPLUNK newbie.
