What's causing the error in Microsoft Office 365 Reporting Add-on for Splunk "HTTP Request Error 404"?

I am getting a 404 error with the Microsoft Office 365 Reporting Addon for Splunk. Here is an example log:

2018-05-11 13:35:56,523 ERROR pid=15778 tid=MainThread file=base_modinput.py:log_error:307 | HTTP Request error: 404 Client Error: Not Found for url: https://reports.office365.com/ecp/reportingwebservice/reporting.svc/MessageTrace?$format=json&orderb...'

Any ideas why this would not be reachable? The account is authenticating with is a global admin.

It ended up being that I had typo'ed the admin email address, woops.
