What permissions are required for non-admin users to use the Google Import/export app?

Trying to expand a non-admin user's permissions in Splunk to see data inputs (solved with edit_monitor permissions) but cannot see inputs for Google sheets, etc. What are the permissions that are needed on a Splunk user profile to gain access to the Google import/export data inputs?

You cannot give non-admins the ability to make inputs at the current time. I opened a feature request to make this change: https://lukemurphey.net/issues/2689

It will be an easy change but I have to make sure that the app will still be allowed to be installed in Cloud with the change.
