Using rest to obtain apps and addons versions results differs from web manage apps results

This rest search:
| rest /services/apps/local | search disabled=0 core=0|dedup label | table label version
presents different apps and addon version results from the web interface splunk enterprise, apps, manage apps view.
Is it possible that /services/apps/local is not updated?
