Using Bearer Authentication with addon_builder helper.send_http_request

I am looking for an example for using Bearer Authentication within python using helper.send_http_request in the Splunk addon builder. All the example I have found so far have "headers=None".

Try adding it as you would a header dictionary:

headers = {"Authorization": "Bearer TOKENGOESHERE"}
