Uploading Custom Web Framework Files to directory through UI

Is there a way to upload custom Web Framework Toolkit files to the directories:
$SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/your_app_name/django/your_app_name/static/your_app_name
$SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/your_app_name/django/your_app_name/templates

Through the Splunk User Interface and not through the File System?

There is not a way to upload individual files into a Web Framework app using the Splunk Web UI. You can package your solution as an app, then installed the app via the web UI, but not individual files.

Is there a specific problem you are trying to solve?

Everything else has a way to add and update files via the UI. You can add views etc. Perhaps a feature could be a UI to add and update html, javascript, css files etc.. instead of having to grant access to the actual server's folder structure in order to do so.
