Unable to configure Cisco eStreamer eNcore for Splunk

Hi all,

After installing the add-on for eStreamer (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/3662/#/details) it is a configuration step, where you click into set up inside the apps manager view. What we found is that this option is not visible:

Is there any way to solve this issue? Thanks in advance.
