Tableau-Splunk-ODBC Issue

I have a 64 bit OS Windows 7. I want to connect tableau with Splunk.I have downloaded Visual C++ . I downloaded 32 bit Splunk ODBC (as only 32 bit works with Tableau according to documents)and followed the installation steps. But still I am unable to see my Splunk ODBC in Tableau data connection. I have tried with both 32 and 64 bit versions of Visual C++ but still not worlking.

which version are you using ?
if you are using Tableau 8.1 , it already include "Splunk" data source , so you do not need to install Splunk ODBC app first.
