Support for Azure Germany

When trying to connect to our Azure AD, I'm getting the following error message:

AADSTS90038: Confidential Client is not supported in Cross Cloud request.
Trace ID: 0547654d-a161-43ed-ba71-73d840893000
Correlation ID: 2722675e-4fbf-4c66-8be5-810e01730552
Timestamp: 2018-12-03 14:52:22Z

A quick googling indicated that this is because our AD is in Germany, so a different endpoint is used. Could you make sure this is configurable?

This is where I found the information that the endpoint for Azure Germany is different and needs to be adjusted. But it seems impossible to do that.
