Strange error code with latest version of Enterprise

Has anyone seen the error message:

FileError: 'https://X.X.X.X:8000/dj/static/base/shoestrap.less' wasn't found (404)
in common_less_imports.less

It seems to be affecting the Windows apps as well as the AD app.

I didn't get to the bottom of this, so if anyone does, please comment. 🙂

Using Splunk 6.5.1 and Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Windows "Splunk_TA_windows" 4.8.3

On http://X.X.X.X:8000/dj/en-us/splunk_app_windows_infrastructure/setup/

Splunk Enterprise Ver 6.5.0 and Splunk Add on for Microsoft Windows - "Splunk_TA_windows" 4.8.3. and yes, getting the same message as the one above. (shoestrap...etc)
