Spur app upgrade

I upgraded Spurr app to the latest release 1.0.21 in my cloud environment. After an upgrade the data ingest stopped working. I am observing the following problems:

1. When looking at Data Inputs > Spur Feed I saw that the Spur configuration for data input was gone and required a new set up.

2. After defining the data input, no data has come immediately. How long should it take for data populate the index?

3. Initially going into Spur Feed I could see the page with token and url fields. Some buttons on the setup page were not working or were unresponsive and I was thrown back to the Data Input page. Clicking on Spur Feed link again I did not get the configuration page again with token/url fields, but the page to configure the actual feed - anonymous, etc. How can I get back into token/url page?

Hi @corkyman

I would expect the input to run when first created, therefore the data should have been imported.

Are you able to check your _internal index for any logs coming from the spur app in the last 24 hours and let us know if you see any errors or warning messages? This might help diagnose further.
