Splunk supporting add-on for Active directory

I am getting the above error when i am trying to connect to the AD using the add-on.

Have you checked the telnet to the ldap server to test the connectivity via the mentioned port??

yes telnet is working fine.

Hi,

Based on error it looks like you have firewall block between your splunk server and active directory server on port 389.
