Hi,

I used the app library interface to install the OSSEC app. It always gives me this error:

500 Internal Server Error

TypeError: 'NoneType' object is unsubscriptable

Some people reported this when using the 1.0 version of the app. That version was intended to be used as a plugin to the search app, and not standalone. If the app was enabled via the Manager and one attempted to access it directly, Splunk would display an error.

Version 1.1 is intended to be used as a full-fledged app; this should no longer be an issue.
