Splunk addon builder REST API Input

How to build an addon for REST API data input based on the curl command below:

curl -k "https://splunk_user:xxxxxx@servername.domain.com/webacs/api/v4/data/Alarms?.full=true&message=contai..."

https://${user}:${password}@${servername}/webacs/api/v4/data/Alarms?.full=true&message=contains(Radi...

The above is not working ,any suggestion?
