Splunk_TA_nix Causes AIX to Crash

I have recently started putting splunk on some of our AIX servers and it runs fine until I try adding the Splunk add on for unix app. Then upon startup gives a segmentation fault. Has anyone else experienced this?

Solution found after opening a support case was to increase ulimit data size to 1 gb
