Splunk Observability implementation with PHP 7.3.33 version

Hi,

We need to implement Observability in our PHP 7.3.33 application. Can you please us the way to do so. As open telemetry requires PHP version higher than 8. 

Currently, it is difficult for us to upgrade the version.

Any help will be appriciated.
