I have installed the latest version of the Splunk Mobile App 2.4.4 to connect to our Splunk host which is on version 6.6.0. As soon as i try to login i get a "Network unavailable" error on my iPhone. I can connect just fine using a browser. Just not the app. Any suggestions?
I think I found my issue. I had installed Splunk form the App Store after which I would receive a sign-on failure error. I then tried installing Splunk from my companies EMM App store. After installing from the EMM App store I received the "Network Unavailable" error and would continue to receive that error even if it uninstalled the application and reinstalled from Apples App Store. To cure this issue two things where done:
After doing this I was able to connect the mobile app to our Splunk environment. We still have an issue with the EMM version but for now I am working with the regular App Store install.

As a side note, i have removed and reinstalled the application a few time and still get the "Network unavailable" error message.
