Splunk MINT: Why am I receiving error "SocketException: shutdown failed: EBADF (Bad file number)"

I'm currently mantaining an Android app, using Splunk MINT services.
One of the biggest (critical) errors is:

com.splunk.mint.network.util.DelegationException:
java.net.SocketException: shutdown
failed: EBADF (Bad file number)

Obviously the app has BOTH WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE/READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permissions.
The error is launched from the class Delegator.java on the line 62, but I can't understand how.

I didn't find anything similar on other questions
Could someone help with that ugly EBADF?

Thanks.

Please update to the latest SDK version. The fix for DelegationException was fixed in a previous release.
