Splunk DB Connect -- Error saving connection

After filling in the connection fields, and clicking save the Splunk returns the following error,

There was an error processing your request. It has been logged (ID 6f52b801d2e1f92d).

Could someone help me?

What did you find in splunkd.log and splunk_app_db_connect*.log?
