Splunk DB Connect -- Error saving connection

After filling in the connection fields, and clicking save the Splunk returns the following error, "There has been an error processing your request. It has been logged (ID ea4e0b8f28c79b16)."
Could someone help me?

Yes java mysql connector installed in version 5.0.8

1. Splunk Version
2. DB Connect Version
3. Database and driver which you are using while creating DB connection.
