Splunk App for Stream

Does anyone know if this software requires System Administrator or elevated privileges to run?  Not to install, to run?

Hi thanks for the feedback.  I knew I would need elevated privilege for install but I am wondering if this app requires a system account with elevated privileges to run, it looks to be packet sniffer type app so I think it will but I am unsure.  I need to verify this before I get permission to put it on my network.

In Splunk if you wanted to run any application you have to install first.

Yes you will require power or admin role to install any App or Add-on.
