Splunk App for AWS - missing instance types

I added c3.large instances in my AWS account, but the billing and usage dashboard does not show the new c3.large type.
I updated lookups/instancetype.csv, but the new instance type still does not show up.
Is the instancetype.csv is used by the code? If not, where the code picks up all AWS instances types?

$SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/SplunkAppforAWS/lookups/instancetype.csv is used by the AWS Splunk dashboard for display purpose. After changing the file, try restart splunkd process, or restart the get_bill script. My new instance type finally shows up.

As the installation step, instancetype.csv file should be updated with all the instances type used in the account.
