Splunk App for AWS Documentation

Is there a documentation that i can refer to, to configure the Splunk App for AWS? I am not able to configure this app. Please help!

There are two files available under the app folder.

README.txt - for Billing and usage section

USAGE.txt - for CloudTrail section
