Splunk Add-on for Tenable: Connectivity Issues

Hi All,
Splunk newbee here. I am trying to setup tenable.io with Splunk. When trying to enter the API key generated from the cloud.tenable.com, Splunk gives a connectivity issue error. Same problem with the apps when I am trying to search for in Splunk(been downloading and then installing it via the app manager).

What kind of a connectivity issue is it since I am able to send email alerts from Splunk to external address?

Hi @talhaansari,

Could you give us some more information about your problem? It might help if you post the actual error that is displaying. Generally, you question has a better chance of being answered the more information that you give.
