Splunk Add-on for Salesforce in Splunk Cloud

Hi All -

Just want to ask if anyone here knows or encountered the same issue we are encountering on our Splunk cloud instance for both dev and production. We have a splunk addon for salesforce, but the data ingestion is delayed for 2 days always. Does anyone know how to fix this and how to fix this?
