Please help me , to install Eventgen and Configure Splunk buttercup game data

You just need to configure the eventgen.conf and add sample logs to the sample directory of the app.

Eventgen , I have search everywhere not getting complete solution to do ,due lack of clear direction , please team help me to install eventgen step by step with configuration of Splunk buttercup game** (I have downloaded tutorialdata.zip )**
