Splunk Add on for Sales Force | Slow Data Delivery

Hello Guys,

We have a situation where we're getting
a. SFDC Object data (User/ Accounts/ Opportunities etc.)
b. SFDC Event Logging

Issue: Data delivery is really slow - can confidently tell that we can see "yesterday's data" as of "today" in our Splunk Index servers. Any pointers on how to troubleshoot/ fix this issue would be great
