Hello,
Do you know when this add-on will be Splunk Cloud certified?
Kind regards,
Ken

The MySQL app v1.1.0 failed vetting quite a while ago. For the reasons:
- The application stores plain text credentials in local/mysql_db.conf which are not permitted in Splunk Cloud. Please see https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/6.4.2/AdvancedDev/SetupExampleCredentials for how to address this issue.
- The application can be configured for unencrypted communication, which is not permitted in Splunk Cloud. All communication must be encrypted (HTTPS preferred).
- The application requires DB Connect 2 https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/2686/, which is not permitted in Cloud.
So until those issues are resolved, it cannot be installed in cloud.
